The Ultimate Smoked Pork Belly Carbonara

Giving our comfort food a twist! The Ultimate Smoked Pork Belly Carbonara
Ingredients: (1-2 portions)
Garlic, minced, 1 clove
Onions, chopped, 20g
Capsicum, cubed, 30g
Oil, for sautéing
Texas BBQ Foods Smoked Pork Belly
Cream Fresh, 1 1/2 cup
Egg Yolks, 2
Fettuccini Pasta, boiled, 100g
Parmesan Cheese, shaved/shredded, 2-3tbsp Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Sauté garlic and onions just until translucent.
2. Add the sliced Smoked Pork Belly
3. Add the boiled pasta.
4. Mix the cream and yolks then add the mixture to the pasta.
5. Add the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
